For all of our safety, Forbici Modern Italian has implemented the following safety guidelines and procedures to minimize the risks of COVID-19 to our guests and employees.

Guests

  • Hand sanitizer will be available for all guests
  • For the safety of both our staff and guests, we will be checking temperatures on all guests entering the restaurant. Anyone with a low-grade temperature of 100 degrees will not be allowed to enter.
  • Designated guest counter to ensure occupancy compliance
  • Designated location set for pick-up of take-out orders
  • To allow social distancing during the peak service volumes guests will be notified via text message when their table is ready
  • All menus will be laminated or disposable and will be sanitized or disposed of after each use
  • Ensure adherence of six-foot rule for outdoor guests

Employees

  • Temperature checkpoints for all employees entering the restaurant
  • Masks and/or gloves, where appropriate, for all back of house staff
  • Masks and/or gloves, where appropriate, for all staff handling food and/or beverage
  • All check presenters and pens will be sanitized after each use
  • Designated entrance for all staff where pre-entry COVID-19 screening will be administered by management

Restaurant

  • Complete daily sanitizing and disinfection of our entire premises
  • PermaSafe SHIELDTM and EPA approved non-toxic antimicrobial surface coating, will be applied weekly, inside and outside of the restaurant
  • A staff member dedicated to sanitizing will be cleaning all common areas and high touch point areas during business hours
  • Complete sanitizing of tables, chairs, and silverware after each use
